What is a classic hydrafacial?
It’s a hydradermabrasion procedure that uses a combination of extraction, exfoliation, hydration, and cleansing techniques to infuse your skin with antioxidants – leaving you looking and feeling refreshed! Patients can choose a classic HydraFacial or customize each treatment with an add-on to fit their specific skin concerns.
What are hydrafacial add-ons?
At Skincare Laser Centre, we offer the following add-ons to enhance our patients’ overall treatment experience:
- Derma Builder-The dermabuilder add-on blends together glycolic and salicylic acid to intensify the exfoliation process, penetrating deeper into the skin. At the end of the procedure, a peptide serum is applied. The peptide serum, filled with amino acids which turn into proteins, stimulate and activate the skin cells, prompting the production of collagen to repair the damaged areas.
- Britenol Boosters-Britenol boosters were created to target areas affected by sun damage. This includes dark spots and sun spots. Combining Vitamin C and Alpha-Arbutin, Britenol lightens the dark spots on the face and fills the skin with antioxidants to promote anti-aging
- Blue & Red LED Light-Light therapy can enhance your results. The energy from the LED light can target the cells beneath the skin, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin in the face, to amplify the effects from the classic HydraFacial procedure.
